Hi, I'm Elly, a wedding photographer based in Bairnsdale, photographing East Gippsland weddings on beaches, in paddocks, by the lakes and in your nan's backyard if that's where you're saying "I do".
I'll guide you when you need it and stay out of the way when you don't, so you get to actually be at your own wedding. No stiff posing, no forty minutes of lining everyone up. Just the two of you, your people, and the light doing its thing.

Pricing
$450 per hour of coverage. You only pay for the hours you want. No padded packages, nothing you have to squeeze into.
4 hours, $1,800. Ceremony, family photos, your portraits and the start of the reception. Deposit $450, about 400-600 images.
6 hours, $2,700. Final getting-ready moments through to speeches or first dance. Deposit $675, about 600-900 images.
8 hours, $3,600. Getting ready right through to the dance floor. Deposit $900, about 800-1,200 images.
Want something in between? Just tell me how many hours, at $450 an hour.
Add a highlight video: $200. A short highlight video of your day set to a backing track. Easy to send to everyone who couldn't make it, and very easy to rewatch on your anniversary.
Travel costs may apply depending on where you're getting married. I'll always tell you before you book, so there are no surprises.
Booking terms
A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your date. Until it's paid, the date is still open to other couples.
The balance is due 2 weeks before your wedding.
Travel costs may apply for weddings further afield. I'll confirm this with you up front.
How it works
Step 1. Enquire. Send me your date and venue (or your "we're thinking somewhere near the water" idea). I'll reply with my pricing guide and a couple of questions.
Step 2. Chat. A relaxed 15-minute chat or call so we can make sure we're a good fit. No pressure, no sales pitch.
Step 3. Deposit. Sign your contract and pay your 25% deposit, and your date is locked in.
Step 4. Wedding day. I'll be there for the hours you've booked, quietly getting on with it, and stepping in to help when a little direction is needed.
Step 5. Gallery. Your edited images arrive in a private online gallery, ready to download, share and send to every relative who asks.

Wedding FAQ
How much does wedding photography cost?
$450 per hour of coverage, plus $200 if you'd like the highlight video. A 6-hour wedding, for example, is $2,700. Travel costs may apply depending on your location.
Do you photograph weddings outside Bairnsdale?
Yes. I'm based in Bairnsdale and photograph weddings right across East Gippsland. If you're further afield, travel costs may apply, and I'll let you know before you book.
How many photos will we get?
Around 100-150 edited images for every hour of coverage. All of them are delivered in a private online gallery you can download from and share.
We're awkward in front of a camera. Is that a problem?
Not even slightly. Most couples tell me that before the wedding, and most of them forget about it about ten minutes in. I'll give you easy things to do (walk, chat, hold on to each other) rather than asking you to "act natural" at a lens.
How many hours do we need?
It depends on how much of the day you want covered. Four hours usually covers the ceremony, family photos, your portraits and the start of the reception. Eight hours takes you from getting ready to the dance floor. Tell me your plans and I'll help you work out what makes sense.
What if it rains?
This is East Gippsland, so we plan for it. We'll talk through a wet-weather plan before the day. And honestly, some of my favourite wedding photos have been taken under a moody, stormy sky.
How do we lock in our date?
Sign your contract and pay the 25% non-refundable deposit. The balance is due 2 weeks before your wedding. Until the deposit is in, I can't hold the date for you.
